If I purchase a watch in your shop, will it have a warranty available in my country ?
With all the new watches that we sale, you will get the factory warranty which is at minimum time, depending of the brand, of 2 or 5 years international.

When I purchase my watch, you told me that it was waterproof, and she gets humidity inside?
The waterproofing of your watch is warranty by the seals. Seals have a life time of maximum 4 years. We advise you if you are making water sports to check the waterproofing each time you change the battery.

Can I pay you on your website by credit card?
We are really sorry to inform you that credit card companies over here do not allow us to do e-mail, letter or website sale by credit card. The risk of false card is too big for our type of business.

How could I pay your bill (purchase or repair) in this case?
You can do it by international postal money order, Western Union, Bank Transfer or Bank Swift. These methods of payments allow you to follow and to check where is your money step by step, in another hand this is also proving that we are a real shop in Switzerland.

I have a swiss watch, may I send it to you for repair ?
Yes, but before to proceed of any mailing, please check with us if the factory still be in the business by sending us a mail at office@pastore-nicolet.com . Then after that we have confirm that it is possible to repair or to make a general cleaning of your watch or clock send it by airmail registered. For all the general cleaning we are sending back to factory makers the watches or clocks, and then after the work you will have the one year warranty international on the work from the factory.

How do you proceed for the mailing outside Switzerland ?
All our international mailings are done by registered airmail. Then we have a separate insurance for the travel to cover any risk of lost or damage. Our insurance replace by the same model, if this one is not more produce, it be replace by the new collection of the same brand.

Can you send me a catalogue from the brand you represent?
Unfortunately according to the number of asking on our website, we can not send you a catalogue, we are only official dealers of the brands that we are carrying, and for economics reasons it is not possible. But you can ask directly the factories for the catalogue it will be a pleasure for them to send you.
